ThrivePoint Academy is a private-pay vocational academy for adults 18 and older with mild to moderate intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury and neurodivergence. Scholars come every weekday to build real skills, do real work and make real friends, in a space designed for them.

Three Guilds in Year 1
Skills that build, level by level
Each scholar works in Guilds, real workshops where they move up through four mastery levels, from Foundation to Professional, by showing the skill, not by time enrolled.
Media and Entertainment
Film, edit and produce short videos and podcasts. Scholars make the monthly family video.
Artisan Studio
Drawing, painting and ceramics, going deeper each year.
Operations and Leadership
Run real events and front-of-house work, plus a Home and Community track: shopping, budgeting, laundry and appointments.
The Culinary Guild opens in Year 2 in our commercial kitchen.
