THRIVEPOINTACADEMY

For referral partners

A new option for the adults you serve

Many adults with mild to moderate disabilities are too independent for clinical programs, yet have nowhere that challenges them after school. ThrivePoint Academy is a private-pay vocational academy built for them.

Who to refer

A strong fit

  • Adults 18 and older with mild to moderate IDD, stable TBI or neurodivergence
  • Independent with personal care
  • Takes part in group work, with adaptive tools at most
  • Family is able to pay privately: own funds, a trust or an ABLE account

Other options

A different program may serve better

  • Needs a one-to-one behavior aide
  • Needs help with personal care or toileting
  • Primary needs are medical or clinical

How a referral works

Simple, and always honest

Step 1

You share our family introduction, or the family contacts us directly.

Step 2

The family joins the interest list and tours with us.

Step 3

We hold a fit conversation with the scholar and family. If we are not the right fit, we say so and point the family back to you with suggestions.

You can expect a reply within two business days, updates on a family you referred only with that family's written permission, and an invitation to a partner hard-hat tour while the space is built.
